HSE publishes fatal injury statistics

The HSE has published a report with its fatal injury statistics for 2025/26.

There were 126 people killed at work with the leading cause of death being falls from height.

Ofcom has fined Virgin Media £28 million after its investigation found that the company prevented customers from being able to cancel contracts.
