Gordons is committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion across the firm.  Since 2012 we have been a signatory to the Law Society Diversity & Inclusion Charter.

Regulated by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority, we are required to collect, report and publish our workforce diversity data. Data provided by Partners and Staff is given on a voluntary and anonymous basis. In 2021 we had an 94% response rate.
