Gordons Advises Dye & Durham on Acquisition of Insight Legal Software

A team from Gordons led by Corporate partner Duncan Firman and solicitor Andrew Moore, including Technology partner Ryan Gracey and solicitors Lauren Wills-Dixon and Oliver Allanach, acted as legal advisors to Dye & Durham on the deal.
This latest acquisition marks the fourth transaction Gordons has advised Dye & Durham on and which includes its acquisition of Property Information Exchange in 2020.
