  • Employment Tribunals, predominantly defending employers against a wide range of claims including unfair and wrongful dismissal, discrimination, victimisation, whistleblowing, and redundancy;
  • Supporting employers with complex grievance and disciplinary processes;
  • Effecting change in organisations via redundancy procedures, changes to terms of employment and employment policies, outsourcing agreements, and TUPE transfers; and
  • Advising individuals, often senior employees and directors, on negotiated exits and settlement agreements.
