This month we cover:
- the UK Government has agreed new Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) agreement with the EU;

New Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) rule
The UK Government has agreed a new Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) agreement with the EU to more closely align UK food law with EU food law to make it easier for British food businesses to trade produce and transport food between the UK and EU.
Two companies prosecuted after overhead powerline strike
Two companies have been prosecuted by HSE after one worker was killed and another seriously injured when a cherry picker struck an 11kV overhead powerline causing both operatives to be electrocuted.


Advertising Standards Authority Ruling: British Gas
The ASA ruled against British Gas for making misleading advertising claims for greener heating and insulation products.
