Health and Safety Executive (HSE) provides enforcement insight at its AGM
On 28 July, the HSE held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and highlighted key enforcement statistics and insights from the past year, as well as its focus going forward.
Network Rail convicted of health and safety offences and fined £1.2 million
Office of Rail and Road (ORR) has prosecuted Network Rail after a pedestrian was seriously injured whilst walking in Rugby railway station.
