Gordons welcomes six new trainees and apprentices
Wednesday 11th September 2024
We are delighted to welcome four new trainees and two new apprentices to the firm, our latest cohort of legal talent.
Of the four trainees, Oliver Gillyon was already a legal assistant here, while Beth Inman, Dymphna Lewis and Hafsah Malik are beginning their legal careers with us.
All have started their two-year training contracts and will gain experience across various teams.
Colleagues will develop them professionally and personally to equip them with the legal and client relationship skills that serve the firm so well.
Ella Walsh and Kailani Hutchinson have joined our pioneering, multiple award-winning apprenticeship scheme.
Gordons Law Apprenticeship was launched in 2011, the first of its kind in the UK legal sector, to enable greater social mobility within the profession.
During their apprenticeship, Ella and Kailani will gain hands-on experience alongside fully-funded academic study.
Our managing partner, Victoria Davey, said: “We are always delighted to welcome our new trainees and apprentices at this time of year.
“They have already achieved so much in securing their places with us, as we always have hundreds of quality applicants.
“Each of them has been chosen based on their personality and attitude as much as their academic ability. Our experience tells us that those who go on to succeed at Gordons are rounded individuals who can build long lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
“We now look forward to helping develop all six new colleagues to put them on the pathway to achieving their individual personal and professional ambitions with us.”
