On Social Mobility Day 2025, Gordons senior partner, Paul Ayre, has set out his hopes for the future of social mobility in the law in a Viewpoint article published on The BusinessDesk.com.
It was Paul’s idea in 2011 to create the first legal apprenticeship of its type which was focused on enabling social mobility within the profession.
Since then, more than 40 youngsters have joined Gordons as apprentices and many are now in influential positions within the firm.
