CMA issues its first penalty under the DMCCA hitting car park operator with six figure fine

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has issued its first penalty under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (DMCCA) of £473,000 to Euro Car Parks, under its new direct enforcement powers, for failing to respond to an information notice.
