I just wanted to say congratulations on a brilliant Wharfedale Ton again this year. Everyone seemed to be having a great day, really enjoying the event, impressed by the organisation and also extremely pleased with the weather, even if it was a tad windy on the return leg!
The Marie Curie volunteers all commented on how much they’d enjoyed being part of the event so thank you for inviting us to be there. It was great to meet all the cyclists and helpers and say thank you for their support of the event and Marie Curie.
It really was a splendid day and thank you so much to all involved for such wonderful support for the hospice. I know it must have taken a huge amount of work and effort to bring it all together so heartfelt thanks from all of us here, we really are so grateful.

The organisation was spot on and the event seems to strike an excellent balance between a challenging ride in terms of distance but also a good social day out with excellent route signage and feed stops providing all that a hungry cyclist needs… a mountain of flapjack. ”
