We are delighted to share details of our forthcoming training seminar in partnership with risk, safety and performance management experts, Gauged Solutions
This intensive one-day seminar, aimed at business leaders and senior EHS professionals, will be delivered by expert regulatory lawyers and leading acclaimed safety culture experts, who have worked with both FTSE 50 and Fortune 500 companies across the globe.
This seminar will highlight the challenges of dealing with regulatory investigations, enforcement and prosecutions from both a legal and practical perspective, whilst also providing practical guidance on assessing and delivering a high performing safety culture.

The morning session will be delivered by Regulatory lawyers Simon Tingle and Rachel Little and will provide a practical insight into navigating an investigation or prosecution by a regulator such as the Health and Safety Executive, including incident investigation tips and the application of legal privilege.
The afternoon session will be delivered by leading safety, risk and performance management experts Glenn Ridsdale and Asgeir Nilsen and will give an overview of how to develop and sustain a safety culture of care that can also provide meaningful mitigation in enforcement proceedings.
