On Social Mobility Day 2026, Gordons’ senior legal apprentice, Sophie Wilton has written a Viewpoint article published on The BusinessDesk.com to launch our Yorkshire schools social mobility initiative.

Sophie has been instrumental in supporting the pioneering Gordons Law Apprenticeship and taking it a step further. This year the scheme celebrates 15 years since its inception and has welcomed over 40 young people to join the firm as apprentices.
