With over 20 years of experience in employment law, Mary has a commercial and proactive approach to her advice. Mary specialises in corporate support, TUPE, high-level recruitment, severance and remuneration packages and high-worth employee negotiations.
Mary’s experience covers retail, food, manufacturing, transport and public sectors.
Having previously been a specialist advocate in the criminal courts she is no stranger to the Employment Tribunal and relishes contentious matters and the tactics involved. She mainly specialises in respondent-based tribunals.
She is a trusted advisor to many large employers including Wren Kitchens, Heron Foods, Oak Furnitureland, Moss, AO, Ocado, British Garden Centres, Crew Clothing, Arc Inspirations Pavers Shoes and JCT600.
