Law firm Gordons advises on sale of Skipton-based Trio Healthcare International to Convatec

Yorkshire law firm Gordons has advised the shareholders in Skipton-based Trio Healthcare International on its sale to global medical technologies market leader ConvaTec.

Trio Healthcare International produces an innovative range of accessory products for ostomy care. It is based in Skipton, Buckinghamshire and the Netherlands.

ConvaTec is a world-leading developer and marketer of innovative medical technologies for community and hospital care, based in Skillman, New Jersey, USA. The company’s key focus areas are ostomy care, wound therapeutics, continence and critical care, plus infusion devices.
