John has overseen the growth of the corporate department at Gordons from being the only lawyer in 1988 to 25 fee earners today. He is mainly a corporate lawyer dealing with a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions. Increasingly, his skills are being called on as a trusted business adviser to individuals who own and run successful businesses on a wider range of matters.
John has broad experience in handling corporate transactions. He is recognised by Chambers and Partners as “an exceptional lawyer who is very knowledgeable and straightforward.”
