Gordons shortlisted at 2012 Yorkshire Lawyer Awards

Gordons has been shortlisted in both the ‘Managing Partner of the Year’ and ‘Private Client Team of the Year’ categories at the 2012 Yorkshire Lawyer Awards.
The firm’s managing partner, Paul Ayre and its private client team have been nominated for the respective awards which are supported by the Leeds Law Society and is the premier event in the region’s legal calendar.
Gordons celebrated at the awards last year when its contentious trust and estates team took home the Private Client Award, and will be looking to successfully defend the title this year.
Commenting on being shortlisted, Gordons’ managing partner Paul Ayre said: “We’re delighted with both of these short listings which build on the success of last year’s win by our contentious trust and estates team at the Yorkshire Lawyer Awards last year.
The Yorkshire Lawyer Awards celebrate the high achievements of Yorkshire talent and to be shortlisted for two awards is a great achievement and one that we are very proud of.”
Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony being held on October 3 at Saviles Hall in Leeds.
