Get Back: Gordons advises on The Beatles’ return to iconic 3 Savile Row headquarters
Monday 13th July 2026
Gordons has advised the owners of Grade II listed 3 Savile Row, The Beatles’ former London headquarters, on an agreement which would see a museum, event space and fan experience created there.
Regarded as one of the most iconic buildings in music history, the seven-storey townhouse was the location for the Fab Four’s last-ever gig on its rooftop in 30 January 1969. It is also the place where The Beatles recorded their final album, Let It Be.
The building served as the band’s headquarters between 1968 and 1972.
Subject to planning, Apple Corps intends to launch ‘The Beatles at 3 Savile Row’ ticketed attraction in 2027. It will feature a recreation of the basement where Let It Be was recorded, access to the rooftop where the last concert was played and never-before-seen archive materials.
The owners of 3 Savile Row were advised by a team from Gordons, led by commercial property partner Joanne Fearnley, on an agreement for lease, subject to planning permission being obtained for change of use.
Commenting on the deal, Joanne said: “Acting for the owners on a transaction of such cultural significance has been an extraordinary privilege.
“3 Savile Row is world-famous due to it being an intrinsic part of The Beatles’ amazing story. Now the opportunity exists for it to become a lasting legacy for the band and the proposed attraction promises to be a must-visit destination for their fans worldwide.”
