Gordons advises Richert Homes on land acquisition for Wakefield development

Yorkshire housebuilder Richert Homes has started construction on its £3.5m, nine-home residential development in Crigglestone, Wakefield.

Called Manor Croft and located off Painthorpe Lane, the development will comprise a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom semi-detached and detached homes

The housebuilder has also released the first properties for sale at Manor Croft. These range in price from £320,000 for a three-bed semi-detached home to £575,000 for a four-bedroom detached house.

Richert Homes anticipates the first residents will move into their new houses on the development towards the end of this year.

The housebuilder was advised on the acquisition of the 1.1-acre Crigglestone site by a team from Gordons led by commercial property partner James Kimberley.

Richert Homes managing director, Luke Richert, said: “Manor Park will be another great example of the carefully constructed, high specification homes that we deliver.

Founded in 2021, Richert Homes is a family-run housebuilder delivering new homes throughout Yorkshire, ranging from small developments of three houses to larger schemes of more than 20 homes.

The company currently has four additional residential development sites under option across the county, with a further three sites progressing through legals.

Sales agents for the new homes at Manor Court are Bridgfords Estate Agents, which has an office in Wakefield.
