Gordons has advised concrete admixture manufacturers Oscrete on acquiring waterproofing and gas protection solution provider Pudlo Products to support the company’s continued growth.
Founded in 1983, Bradford-headquartered Oscrete supplies concrete admixtures, reinforcing fibres, mould release agents, concrete treatments and speciality additives to all sectors of the concrete and mortar production industry.
A team from Gordons, led by corporate partner Amy Pierechod advised Oscrete on its acquisition of Pudlo, alongside financial advisers Castle Square Corporate Finance.
Cambridgeshire-based Pudlo provides structural waterproofing and gas protection solutions for basements, podium decks, swimming pools and all below ground structures.
Oscrete’s acquisition of Pudlo allows the company to offer customers a more comprehensive and integrated suite of products while enhancing its R&D, technical support and customer-service divisions.
