Yorkshire law firm Gordons has advised Leeds-based property company Gaunts on its purchase of Toller Court in Skipton, a new development comprising five office units.

Recently built by Burley Developments on the site of a former mill, Toller Court is already home to insurance solutions company Bluefin which has signed a 15 year lease for 3,927sq ft of office space. The deal sees Gaunts now own the freehold of all of the units and it has started to actively market the remaining 2,130 sq ft of space as either a single or two separate office units.

Gordons commercial property partner Phil Gregory dealt with the legal aspects of the transaction on behalf of Gaunts liasing with company chairman, John Bostock; director, John Hellawell and property manager, Andrew Cudworth.

Less than five minutes level walk from Skipton town centre, Toller Court offers modern office space in a thoughtfully designed environment with on-site parking. The remaining two purpose built units can be taken individually or combined to provide high quality office accommodation and are being marketed by Jeff Crabtree at Dacres Commercial in Skipton.
