Tribunal Statistics

The latest batch of Employment Tribunal statistics have been released which show a 12% rise in claims compared to the last quarter. They unsurprisingly show a reduction when compared to last year, however the introduction of tribunal fees this year means that is not a like-for-like comparison. In the new ‘post fees’ world the number of new claims has begun to increase.
