HSE prosecutes chemical manufacturer for failing to manage risk of hand arm vibration

A chemical manufacturer was convicted of Regulations 5(1), 6(1), 7(1) and 8(1) of the Control of Vibration at Work Regulations 2005 for failing to manage the risk of hand arm vibration over a period of 14 years. The company was fined £100,000.
