St James Business Park, Knaresborough, fully occupied with eight tenants signed up by Gordons

Gordons has successfully advised property developer Marrtree on the letting of all nine units at its St James Business Park in Knaresborough.
The business park is now home to a total of eight tenants including car rental firm Enterprise Rent-a-Car which was the first tenant to secure a unit in January 2014. Since then, Marrtree has attracted local firms such as Yorkshire Removals, Knaresborough Tyre Services and pet grooming equipment distributors Red Cape, which took two of the nine available units for its operation.
Commenting on the news, Marrtree director William Marshall said: “We have an excellent long-standing relationship with Gordons, and their knowledge of commercial property transactions is second to none.

St James Business Park is located on the Harrogate Southern Bypass and is part of a mixed retail, car showroom, office and industrial development. The terrace-style business units at the business park were finished to a very high specification, providing flexible space from 1,678 sq ft.
