Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015

The Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 (the Act) introduces major changes that will affect all companies registered in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. The Act will be implemented in stages and should be fully in force by June 2016.
