PROPERTY LITIGATOR

Leeds/Full Time:

We are seeking a Property Litigator to join our busy team based in Leeds.  Experience of a broad range of commercial property litigation matters is essential – the successful applicant will be dealing with a varied caseload including disputes relating to landlord and tenant matters, easements, adverse possession, restrictive covenants and rights to light. Our clients are similarly varied and range across sectors meaning that there is real variety to the job from day to day. This is an opportunity which offers responsibility and autonomy but within the context of an enthusiastic and friendly team who are committed to supporting each other and working co-operatively.
