We have a great opportunity for a Property Litigator with 4-5 PQE to join our Property Disputes team. The role offers responsibility and autonomy but within the context of an enthusiastic team and an inclusive and supportive work environment. The successful candidate must have a broad range of experience in commercial property litigation matters as the role offers a varied caseload including disputes relating to landlord and tenant matters, easements, adverse possession, restrictive covenants and rights to light. Our clients are similarly varied and range across sectors. As such, a strong client focus, excellent communication, and profound negotiation skills are a must with the commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
