Tegan Knappy

Tegan is a Chartered Legal Executive, having joined the firm in September 2018 under the Gordons award-winning legal apprenticeship scheme.

Tegan has experience in assisting with a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters including:

• Drafting and advising on employment contracts, policies and procedures
• Delivering training sessions to employers’ HR teams on an array of topics, including dismissals and absence management.
• Advising individual employees on negotiated exits and settlement agreements.
• Defending employers against Employment Tribunal claims, including unfair and wrongful dismissal and discrimination.
• Dealing with a wide variety of ad hoc general queries from employers.

Tegan is a member of the Employment Lawyer’s Association.
