Sarah has particular experience of the industrial and retail sectors and acts for a number of privately owned property companies and established retailers such as AO World PLC, Iceland Foods and Wren Kitchens. Sarah’s recent experience includes:
- Advising a property company on a contract for the sale, purchase and development of a 35 acre industrial scheme
- Advising a property company on the acquisition, funding, development and onward lettings of 17 industrial units at Phases 1 and 2 Nexus Capitol Park, Barnsley
- Advising a PLC retail client on the acquisition of over half million square feet of prime logistics space
- Advising a PLC on the acquisition, lease and sale of a London based distribution warehouse as part of a £26.5million deal with a Pension Fund
- Advising retailers on new store acquisitions as part of their expansion programmes
