Graeme represents businesses involved in litigation.
His work varies across most commercial settings including contract, negligence, complaints by consumers, land & commercial property, shareholder & partnership disputes (including joint ventures) and debt recovery (both secured and unsecured).
As with most seasoned litigators he has extensive experience dealing with cases in the majority of the civil courts, and is regularly involved in other forms of ADR such as mediations and arbitrations.
He works day to day with a number of in-house legal teams, providing external litigation support, usually to complement their in-house commercial and corporate function. Those businesses are in a variety of sectors including gambling, utilities, technology, manufacturing and food & drink.
