Emma Sellars

Emma is a solicitor in the litigation team. Qualifying in 2001, Emma has dealt with various types of commercial disputes, including professional negligence claims and has vast experience in investigating complaints of professional misconduct, mortgage fraud and poor service from solicitors. She has also assisted with the closure of over 80 solicitors’ practices on behalf of the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

Now working in the construction team Emma works with her colleagues on both contentious and non-contentions construction matters.
