Charlie has considerable experience in a broad range of commercial agreements, with a particular interest in IT contracts, logistics, outsourcing, manufacturing and agency and distribution agreements.
In addition to Charlie’s day to day work for clients such as the Glen Dimplex Group, Vianet Group and Elmwood Design Limited, Charlie also has in house experience.
Significant deals that Charlie has advised on include:
- the logistics and distribution arrangements to service the expansion of the Morrisons and store networks
- a 10 year, £55m outsourcing deal for Freemans Grattan Holdings’ call-centre facility
- the creation of a new online forum including a website development agreement and ongoing hosting arrangements
