Bryony Goldspink is a Solicitor in Gordons’ employment law department.
Bryony joined Gordons as a trainee in 2007 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2009.
She advises in relation to all aspects of employment law, including contracts of employment, compromise agreements, redundancies, disciplinary procedures and TUPE. Bryony regularly defends Tribunal claims on behalf of employers, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, breach of contract and equal pay claims. Bryony provides sensible, practical advice and guides clients through the Tribunal process. She also provides high quality bespoke training to employers to minimise the risk of claims.
Bryony is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
