Leading Transformational Change

An interesting piece of research has found that women over 55 are best suited to lead transformational change. As employers, we need to recognise the talents of all of our workforce and to harness those skills appropriately. Those in leadership positions that are technically brilliant may not, for example, have the breadth of skills required to lead change so look around and harness the talents of those that can help to lead the change required.
