Law firm Gordons advises Age Concern on Bradford expansion

Yorkshire law firm Gordons has advised the charity Age Concern on the expansion of its operations in the Bradford area.
The firm’s commercial property team worked with the UK’s largest charity for older people to extend the lease on its Bradford city centre offices, open a new shop in Baildon and relocate an existing outlet to improved larger facilities in Keighley.
Gordons commercial property solicitor Simon Mydlowski worked closely with Age Concern’s Bradford & District team and Bingley-based building surveyors Snape Munroe to negotiate and agree the leases on all three properties.
Chris Yates, Age Concern’s business development manager, said: “We were very impressed with the approach that Simon and his team took to helping us meet our requirements. They were able to understand our objectives and provide us with a thoughtful and efficient service that has allowed us to secure and expand our operation in key locations within Bradford and surrounding areas.”
Age Concern Bradford & District is a local federation of over 150 local voluntary groups run by and for older people who together represent thousands of individuals throughout the area.
