HR plays an ‘integral’ role in designing and supporting change

Recent research undertaken by the CIPD has found that HR professionals are providing more sophisticated support to leaders and the wider workforce during organisational change programmes. Our People and Change Consultant, Sheena Pickersgill believes that this is rightly so, commenting:

“Taking people with you is at the heart of transformational change. HR has moved from a transactional function to being much more strategic in its support of business direction and the delivery of company objectives”.
