The HR Leadership Forum has been developed to provide an informal basis for business owners and senior HR executives to share information and good practice in relation to people, performance and change. Being a business owner or senior manager can sometimes be a lonely place and the HR Leadership Forum provides a basis for support and thought provoking discussion.
We are fortunate to have Julie Wray of YPO, a Times 100 Best Employer, as a speaker at our next event. Julie is Assistant Director of HR and Logistics and she will start the discussion on the topic of reward and recognition and share the work that the YPO has done to address and improve reward and recognition for their employees.
