Gordons handles Domino’s Pizza rugby stars deal

Law firm Gordons recently acted for Domino’s Pizza Group in entering into commercial agreements with prominent international rugby stars.

Ireland captain Brian O’Driscoll, Scotland star Chris Paterson and Samoan Alex Tuilagi of Leicester Tigers fame are all presently starring in local store poster campaigns and television commercials to promote the Domino’s ‘Scrummy’ pizza.

Corporate lawyer Andy Brian represented Domino’s in the negotiations. “It was a pleasure to act for such a prominent brand in such a prestigious sporting context,” he said. “Hopefully we will get a bigger slice of the action in the future.”

John Burchill, head of Domino’s Pizza Group’s in-house legal team, said: “Gordons’ work was very well received and good value.”
