Gordons has advised the shareholders of Credit Resource Solutions Limited (“CRS”), a UK-based tech-enabled debt collection agency, on the sale of the business to coeo Group GmbH, a leading European digital collections management specialist with operations in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Belgium.
Corporate partner James Fawcett, solicitor Lisa Murphy and solicitor Andrew Moore provided legal advice to the shareholders of CRS, with Dave Irwin and Charlie Gray of Sentio Partners providing corporate finance advice, and Chris Etherington and Kate Aitcheson of RSM providing tax advice.
