Gordons Advises on Sale of Support Warehouse to Annuity Management AG

Yorkshire law firm Gordons has advised Ilkley-based Support Warehouse on the sale of the business to Annuity Management AG (AMAG) Group.

Support Warehouse was founded 17 years ago and has worked closely with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) to establish itself as a contract rescue and renewal management specialist.

The company employs 60 people at its Ilkley headquarters, operates in 11 nations worldwide and has a turnover of over £16m from its 9,500 end-user customers.

A team from Gordons’ corporate department led by partner and head of corporate James Fawcett worked on the deal assisted by Amy Pierechod, Stephanie Houghton, Andrew Moore and employment specialist Bryony Goldspink.

Swiss-based AMAG specialises in revenue life cycle management and customer success management solutions for technology manufacturers.

Following the acquisition, AMAG and its subsidiary Tesedi, will now be able to offer its customers an end-to-end service for the management, renewal and recovery of service and maintenance contracts, operating across 15 countries.
