Gordons advises on the Adare MBO

Gordons has advised the team which led the secondary management buyout of the Adare Group. Based in Huddersfield, Adare provides communication and marketing procurement services through four business divisions with a combined turnover of £170m. The MBO was led by the group chief executive Robert Whiteside, together with five other senior directors.
