Gordons advises Hill Woolhouse Ltd in its merger with Ryden

Peter Barton from our corporate team has advised Hill Woolhouse Ltd (HW Ltd) in its merger with the Leeds office of Ryden. Both will operate under the name Ryden, with the deal almost doubling the size of the Leeds operation.  The portfolio managed by Ryden’s Leeds office now extends to around 6.3 million sq ft of space, with circa 1500 tenants and a rent roll of approximately £50m.

Nine HW Ltd personnel, including founders Tim Pike and Nick Ellaby, will join 15 staff at Ryden’s offices in Carlton Tower. Clients will benefit from the enhanced property management expertise provided by niche practice HW and Ryden’s multi-disciplinary expertise.
