Gordons advises Frank Marshall on large Bradford industrial letting

Gordons has advised Frank Marshall Estates in a letting deal with Peckover Transport, securing potentially the largest industrial property letting in the city this year.

The company, which owns significant commercial assets in Bradford, has leased a 74,000 sq ft warehouse at Uppercroft Mills in Bowling Back Lane to West Yorkshire haulier Peckover Transport in a five-year lease deal.

Simon Mydlowski, commercial property partner, advised Frank Marshall Estates on the lease negotiations for the site.

Mr Mydlowski said: “It was great to work on this deal which has been one of the biggest lettings in terms of square footage in Bradford in the last 12 months.
