Gordons Advises Arena Group On Sale To Xerox

Global workplace technology company Xerox has acquired Wakefield-headquartered Arena Group, one of the leading providers of office technology, software, solutions and services in the UK.

A team from Gordons, led by corporate partner Jonathan Asquez and solicitor Amy Pierechod, advised the shareholders of Arena Group on the sale.
