Gordons Advises Annuity Management Group on Acquisition of Europlus Direct

Gordons has advised Annuity Management Group on its acquisition of the Europlus Direct group of companies.
Switzerland-based Annuity Management Group specialises in revenue life cycle management and customer success management solutions for technology manufacturers. It recently acquired Ilkley-based contract rescue and renewal management specialist, Support Warehouse.
IT support and post warranty services provider, Europlus Direct, has more than 30 staff across its Leeds headquarters and offices in Las Vegas and Sydney.

Gordons’ partner and head of corporate, James Fawcett, led on the deal and was assisted by corporate solicitor, Stephanie Houghton, commercial property solicitor, Jennifer Herdman, and employment solicitor, Bryony Goldspink.
Europlus Direct’s chief executive, Jim Hart, said: “Our vision has always been to provide global leadership in the simplification of IT support services and we are sure the acquisition by Annuity Management will help to achieve this goal and take the business to exciting new levels.”
Europlus Direct was awarded the Queen’s Award for Innovation in 2008 and 2013.
