DEFENDANT PI LITIGATOR

Bradford/Full-Time:

Recognised as a class-leading force in the defendant Personal Injury field, with a number of prominent clients, we are seeking an experienced Defendant PI Litigator to join our team.

This role would suit an existing Litigator with a minimum of 2 years defendant experience, who is looking for a varied defendant EL and PL case load, mainly from a retail perspective.

The right candidate will have:

• Experience of defending fast track claims
• Experience of litigating claims in the context of retail (preferable)
• Excellent communication skills, able to communicate at all levels
• Abilit to work to strict deadlines
• Cam under pressure and able to prioritise workload
