DEFENDANT PI LITIGATOR

Bradford/Full-Time:

Recognised as a class-leading force in the defendant Personal Injury field, with a number of prominent clients, we are seeking a Defendant PI Litigator to join our team.

This role would ideally suit an existing Litigator with a minimum of 2 years experience defending fast track claims, who is looking for a varied defendant EL and PL case load, mainly from a retail perspective.  Candidates from a claimant EL/PL or RTA background will also be considered, with training given.

The right candidate will:

• be a Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with practice rights
• possess excellent communication skills, able to communicate at all levels
• have the ability to work to strict deadlines
• be calm under pressure and able to prioritise workload
