SENIOR DEFENDANT PERSONAL INJURY LITIGATOR (FAST-TRACK)

Full Time, Bradford:

We have an opportunity for a senior level Defendant Personal Injury Litigator to join our busy team and defend mainly fast-track EL and PL claims from the commencement of litigation to trial. Candidates should ideally have over 7 years experience of defending fast and multi-track claims, including claims up to £350,000 in the multi-track up to and including trial, and be fully conversant with the DCP.  This role involves client contact and will require excellent communication and IT skills. Experience in litigating retail claims is desirable.
