CORPORATE LAWYER

Leeds/Full Time:

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Corporate lawyer c.2/3PQE to join our busy team.

The team advises on all types of corporate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, private equity and other investments, shareholder arrangements and corporate structuring.

This role would suit an existing Corporate lawyer with experience gained at a medium or large firm who is looking to join a thriving regional corporate practice.
