RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER

Bradford/Full-time:

A vacancy has arisen for a Conveyancer to join our residential department based in Bradford, undertaking a mix of work that includes sales and purchase, freehold and leasehold flats, shared ownership, help to buy and new build.  The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a fee earning role within a conveyancing department, be able to undertake the process from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision, and have experience of building relationships with property developers.  A flexible approach and the ability to work well under pressure will be required in order to manage and prioritise workloads in this faced paced environment.
