Cafcass is celebrating after its director of human resources and organisational development, Jabbar Sardar, was ranked amongst the most influential HR practitioners in the country.

“The HR team work as genuine business partners alongside frontline managers and together we have been able to make significant achievements, culminating in an Ofsted outcome of good with outstanding leadership in April 2014.

“Gordons has been an integral part of our HR service since April 2014. I have been particularly impressed with their understanding of Cafcass, breadth of expertise, quality of advice, responsiveness and turnaround times.”

‘HR Most Influential’ is an annual list that celebrates the most influential players in the field of people strategy. They are the people whose ideas and actions are shaping practices in HR, both in the UK and globally. The list is put together as a result of debate between HR head hunters, academics, journalists and HR magazine readers.
