PackUK publishes information to assist with pEPR invoices

Businesses considered large producers under the Extended Producer Responsibility for packaging scheme (pEPR) will receive the first invoices on 1 October 2025.  

PackUK is the scheme administrator for pEPR and has published information to assist in-scope businesses prepare for the invoicing and payment process.  

The guidance contains information on accessing invoices, payment options, how to query an invoice and penalties for late payment.
